• Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. For B2B transactions, custom payment terms may apply.
• GST and other applicable taxes will be charged as per prevailing Indian tax regulations.
• Bulk orders and wholesale pricing are available on request and subject to negotiation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery of plant products is subject to the following conditions:

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, plant type, and logistical factors.
• We take utmost care in packaging live plants for transit; however, minor transit damage may occur due to the nature of living products.
• Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• Shipping charges will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
• For large or bulk orders, delivery arrangements will be discussed and agreed upon separately.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable and living nature of our plant products, the following return and refund policy applies:

• Claims for damaged or defective plants must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
• Refunds or replacements will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis after review of the claim.
• We do not accept returns for plants that have deteriorated due to improper care after delivery.
• Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 15 business days via the original payment method.
